What you'll do

• Operate and maintain the fabrication stack: CNC, additive, finishing
• Translate engineering CAD into production-ready processes
• Own QA and small-batch runs for Labs devices and brand objects
• Keep the shop safe, stocked, and fast

Minimum qualifications

• 3+ years fabrication/prototyping experience
• Strong CAD/CAM literacy
• Portfolio of physical builds

Preferred qualifications

• Electronics assembly
• Finish craft (paint, anodize, textiles)

Nice to have

• Jig/fixture design
• Inventory systems
