lab1: Labsintelligence
Following the release of Yuhmmy App 2.0, Labsintelligence and the architecture of LabsAI will enter an amplified phase through the advancement of Tasteintelligence.
This layer enables the development of STAMs (Social-Taste Appetite Models) and STAGs (Social-Taste Agents)—systems designed to interpret, respond to, and evolve with human Taste-Behaviors across TasteOS, with scalable deployment through LabsOS.
As the first sensory element in a broader AI construct, this taste-driven cognition sets the foundation for an intelligence framework that begins with flavor and cravings, extending towards full-spectrum human capacity.
BREMS Model
Labs operates on a dynamic SAT framework—Subscriptions, Advertising, and Transactions—strategically embedded across our Family of Labs and the full stack of products, services, platforms, and technologies (PSPTs) we design. This framework powers the BREMS Stratagem: a unified approach to Business, Revenue, Economic, Monetization, and Sales architecture that scales across AI, digital, immersive, and real-world experiences.
Yuhmmy is Labs' inaugural product set to activate SAT—powering personalized premium subscriptions, expression-based ads, and taste-driven transactions.
Subscriptions
Recurring revenue streams are generated through premium access and enhanced capabilities offered within our ecosystem—such as the Yuhmmy Premium Package, which delivers curated, AI-personalized experiences, content exclusives, intelligent add-ons, and elevated membership tiers. Across Labs, subscription infrastructure powers everything from platform utilities to enterprise services.
Advertising
Our AI-native monetization engine supports formats like CPM, CPI, CPC, CTA, and CPR. LAN (Labs Advertising Network) delivers sensory-aligned, hyper-targeted campaigns using contextual and behavioral cues. Through STEBA—Social-Taste Expression-Based Advertising—we move beyond traditional ads by using human expression as signal. Yuhmmy Promote activates STEPA at scale with precise, taste-based segmentation.
Transactions
Our transactional systems enable 2-to-4 sided markets that power peer-to-peer, brand-to-consumer, and platform-mediated exchanges. This includes real-time revenue generation via platforms like the Yuhmmy Marketplace, featuring Cravecash T2T (taster-to-taster) payments, T-commerce (Taste Commerce), and dynamic micro-taste transactions that convert engagement into value across every layer of the Tasteconomy.
Entity & Structure
Labs is privately held, with Labs Companies, Inc.—a Delaware corporation—as the primary, central holding entity overseeing a multi-entity architecture. This structure enables synchronized equity, innovation continuity, IP integrity, and optimized capitalization cycles across a growing constellation of labs.
We operate through a layered organizational design that delineates operational focus, preserves founder-led governance, and enables ecosystem-wide orchestration across both our Core labs and Cluster labs.
Capitalization
The majority of Labs' economic interest and governance control is held by its co-founders, Maya Elz Davis and Duránd F. Davis Jr., through Class A and Class B Common Stock.
Labs Investors hold a minority interest through Class D Capital Stock and Preferred Stock, issued in compliance with Regulation D of the Securities Act. This equity structure is intentionally designed to preserve Labs' long-term, mission-driven direction while integrating aligned capital partners who support our enduring vision.
Class C Capital Stock is held by employees through an ESOP pool, NSOs, ISOs, RSUs, RSAs, and via special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
