Compose how Labs feels — across screens, spaces, sound, and touch. One design language for an ecosystem of brands, from Yuhmmy's playfulness to Labs' frontier gravity.

Mission

Labs believes aesthetics are infrastructure. The Design Architect builds the multisensory design system every Labs product speaks — the signature of a Supercompany.

What you'll do

• Own the Labs ecosystem design language: tokens, motion, sound, haptics, spatial patterns
• Design flagship multisensory experiences with product and engineering
• Direct brand aesthetics across Labs, Yuhmmy, Copious, and future brands
• Prototype at fidelity — from Figma to motion to on-device XR
• Grow the design practice: critique culture, systems documentation, hiring

Minimum qualifications

• 6+ years product design with shipped consumer work you are proud of
• Systems thinking — you have built and governed a real design system
• Motion and interaction craft beyond static screens
• Portfolio demonstrating taste, restraint, and range

Preferred qualifications

• XR/spatial design shipped work
• Sound or haptic design experience
• Multi-brand design leadership

Nice to have

• Illustration/3D skills
• Front-end sensibility (CSS/SwiftUI)
• Food, culture, or lifestyle brand affinity
