Investor Relations Associate — Labs Investor Group

Overview

Run the machinery of Labs' capital relationships — data rooms, investor communications, diligence logistics, and the Seed 3 raise alongside the founders.

What you'll do

• Maintain LabsMemos.com and LabsDiligence.com content with the founders
• Coordinate diligence: documents, signatures, verification flows
• Draft investor updates, briefs, and responses in the Labs voice
• Track the raise pipeline; keep the founders decision-ready

Minimum qualifications

• 2+ years in IR, banking, VC, or startup ops
• Excellent writing under confidentiality
• Spreadsheet fluency and document discipline

Preferred qualifications

• Reg D / private-markets familiarity
• Data-room tooling experience

Nice to have

• Design sense for decks
• Event coordination
